Whistle Pig Old Fashioned
Traditional apple brandy and bitters base mixed with bourbon, served in a smoked glass topped with an Apple Valley floater and a cherry.

*We allow each bartender to create their own version of an Old Fashioned, however, this description is for the default house cocktail

Brewster’s Mule
Ginger beer, vodka, and lemon juice, served in a copper mug over ice with a Apple Valley Cider floater.

Cosmopolitan
Cranberry, citrus liqueur, a squeeze of lime, and Colorado local Mythology Vodka shaken and served in a martini glass.

Rocky Mountain Columbine: G&T
A classic gin and tonic made with Empress purple gin, tonic, and a hint of lime.

Margarita
A classic lime margarita using silver tequila, fresh lime juice and triple sec. Served with choice of salt or Tajin rim.

Michelada
A bloody beer served in a Tajin-rimmed glass, combining your choice of beer (might we suggest the El Pueblo?) and Clamato. (Make it a true “bloody” beer by adding a shot of vodka for $2
